On June the 6th 2014 and we visited the Solway Aircraft Museum to donate my Dad's tools from when he was an airframe fitter in the RAF - That day was the 70th Anniversary of the D-Day landing and as he was stationed at RAF Welford which was involved in sending gliders and Paratroupers to the D-Day landing we thought it appropriate to go on that day.
